BACKGROUND

The game of No Limit Texas Hold'em is taking the country by storm. At least once a week, there are five or more
Texas Hold'em tournaments being televised. ESPN (WSOP), The Travel Channel (WPT) and Bravo (CPS) are all major cable
companies that offer you a chance to see professional poker players and even celebrities grinding it out to see who goes
all in, who makes it to the final table, and who takes top prize and the coveted bragging rights of being the best poker player.

All over the country, you can visit any casino, and you will see Texas Hold'em is the number one game played in the
poker rooms. Waiting lists to get onto a table can be longer than eight hours.

The traditional Saturday Night Five Card Draw game that goes on at home is now being replaced with Texas Hold'em.
Some even play tournaments where winner takes all, just for a chance to feel like their favorite pros: Chris Moneymaker,
Phil Ivy, Doyle Brunson, etc. There's a good chance that when people are talking about Poker, they're talking about Hold'em.

CONCEPT

The Fantasy Poker League (TFPL) is an entertainment/advertising company that brings the game of No limit Texas Hold'em to bars,
clubs, restaurants, etc. and arranges league style play that anyone can participate in at no cost (absolutely free to play).
Each night of the week, participants are able to walk into their favorite location and have a chance to play in a No Limit Texas
Hold'em tournament, try to make it to the final table, and compete for the top prizes (DVD's, poker tables, gift certificates,
promotional apparel, poker chip sets, vacations, seats in major Las Vegas cash tournament, etc.) and best of all win the bragging
rights!

Players who make it to the top 8 will be awarded points based on their performance. Participants will be able to track their points
and statistics at the website (www.tfpl.net) and even setup their own profiles and gossip with other players on the message board.
